What is American Butchers JERKi?

American Butchers JERKi is an all natural, premium small-batch, veteran-owned beef jerky company. Our beef is raised by local farms and ranches, purchased from FFA and 4-h students preserving rural agriculture. From there we purchase the highest quality beef and process it at our federally inspected USDA butchering facility. Then, we personally hand prepare our beef marinades, smoke our beef in real smokers with all natural hickory wood chips, and ship directly to your front door.

What makes our beef jerky better?

This isn't your quick grocery store/gas station bag of jerky. We pride ourselves on being one of the best jerky companies. This is premium smoked, unique beef jerky designed at providing you with a healthy snack while also donating an identical bag to first responders and military members currently serving overseas.

Where is your beef JERKi made?

As we are proud to be an American based company and purchase animals raised directly in the heart lands of America, we can ensure you that our product is made right here in the United States! Check out the back of your bag for more information regarding our product!

How should I store my uneaten JERKi?

Our JERKi comes shipped directly to you in an airtight package ensuring the longevity of our product. Should you open the product and not consume it entirely in the first sitting, we recommend to consume the rest of the package or refrigerate it within 3 days.

How long is the shelf-life of our unopened products?

Should you wish to keep your jerky unopened, the shelf life of our beef JERKi is one month from the date of production for all flavors with room temperature settings. If you wish to go longer, throw the bag in the freezer and the shelf-life will increase.
